At the heart of Tops Pizza & Sports Bar is a story...
Jim Tsoulamanis grew up surrounded by the rich aromas and bold flavours of traditional Greek cooking. Inspired by his family’s passion and armed with a cherished dough recipe passed down from the old country, he dreamed of one day sharing that love for food with his own community.

After immigrating to Canada, Jim and his wife Kristina set out to make that dream a reality.
